CONSIGNMENT TICKET INFORMATION
Shannon will be at rehearsal at the DIA for consignment tickets ONLY during the following times:
Thursday, May 3 from 5 to 7pm
Sunday, May 6 from 8 to 9:30pm
Wednesday, May 9th from 5 to 7pm
The LAST day to turn in money/make ticket exchanges is WEDNESDAY MAY 9th. After that, Shannon will not be able to handle anything else ticket related. If you miss the deadline, you may purchase Friends/Family tickets at the rate of $12 each from the DIA Box Office, NOT from Shannon.
Also, there are plenty of volunteer opportunities still available. Click below to be directed to our volunteer information page!

End of Season Important Dates
We are moving toward the end of our season. It’s been a wonderful journey and we are looking forward to end it with a bang! Please note the following dates:
Now That I Can Dance: Final Dress Rehearsal 5/9All Main Stage Young Artists are invited to attend the Final Dress Rehearsal for Now That I Can Dance. Please drop off young artists at 6 PM and arrange to pick them up at 9 PM at the Detroit Film Theatre located inside of the Detroit Institute of Arts.
Now That I Can Dance 5/11-13 and 5/18-20
Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit presents Now That I Can Dance: Motown 1962 at the Detroit Film Theatre inside the Detroit Institute of Arts.
Mosaic Awards 5/31
All Main Stage is invited to celebrate the Season’s accomplishments at the Mosaic Awards! More information is forthcoming.
Mosaic Auditions 6/6,9,10
Looking to return for the next season? Auditions for the 2012-2013 season are June 6,9 and 10, 2012. More information is forthcoming so keep a look out!

TOURS PAYMENTSFinal Tours Payments are due on or before May 2, 2012. As this is a busy time of year, the following payment options have been made available:
1. Mail a check or money order made out to Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit along with the Permission Slip, Touring Guidelines Acknowledgement Form and copy of your young artist's Photo ID to, 3011 West Grand Boulevard, Suite 1510, Detroit, MI 48202. ATTN: World Choir Games or Stratford 2. Pay with credit card by calling Ayanna Smith, Business Manager at 313-872-6919 ext. 4010, Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please mail the Permission Slip, Touring Guidelines, Acknowledgement Form and copy of your young artist's photo ID to, 3011 West Grand Boulevard, Suite 1510, Detroit, MI 48202 ATTN. World Choir Games or Stratford Parents of young artists cast for the summer tours will receive this information in the mail. |
